Great service! the bean bags we ordered were delivered by the courier to the wrong address. I got a terrific phone call from Lee who said what he'd do to fix it. This is exactly what I wanted to hear; I appreciated it. I called him back to thank him and he was a good advocate from the company. I wish more business would teach their employees to handle customer complaints the way he did – I am very pleased and will definitely buy from this company again. Thank you. Caroline

Would like to say a big thank you to the team at Ambient Lounge for such outstanding customer service and a fantastic product. We received our Mod 4 Quad Couch and ottoman yesterday for our boys 'go to' games room and we had to pry the three of them off the lounge to go to bed. We love it. Highly recommend.

You are amazing! Within 24 hours of placing my order, our delivery arrived in Rutherglen. You cannot get better than that! Well done.
My husband's Birthday gift is just perfect. He sleeps on his Acoustic sofa most of the night - quality, style and comfort is 100%.

Just ordered a second extra large dog bed to add to our collection of two butterfly chairs (love them), ottoman and one extra large dog bed. We have three Springer Spaniels (2 big boys and a small girl) and they all love their bed. Actually they love the Sunbrella butterfly chairs too... The staff at Ambient Lounge are all very, very helpful, service is excellent - nothing is too much trouble. A really good fun and high quality product!

I called your company last week being a short week due to ANZAC day with a request to have 2 new Bean Bag lounges and a Ottoman delivered to SA before Friday for my wife’s birthday. Marguerite was nothing short of Amazing with how quickly she got onto this for me and how easy she made the transaction process. When we received the Product I packaged it up and gave it to my wife on Friday for her Birthday. She absolutely loved them.
